Website terms
Using this website
This website describes Appiloom Ltd, company number 17417764, registered in England and Wales, and lets you find out what we do and start a conversation with us. It does not itself provide booking, accounts or payment for any business; those are provided through the platform Appiloom operates, under a separate agreement with the business or product in question.
Accuracy
We try to keep the content on this website accurate and up to date. Screenshots and illustrative examples are just that, illustrative, and may change as the platform and our products develop.
The AI chat
This website offers an AI assistant, available on the main pages of this website, that generates its replies automatically using Claude, a model provided by Anthropic. Its replies may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and are not checked by a person before you see them. Nothing the assistant says creates a contract, quotation, offer or other commitment on behalf of Appiloom, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal or financial advice. It is a website feature, not a member of our team, and we may change, limit or withdraw it at any time without notice. The acceptable use section below applies to it in the same way as the rest of this website: do not use the chat to attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it or the services behind it. If you want a commitment from Appiloom, get it in writing from a person, using the contact form or [email protected].
Intellectual property
The Appiloom name, logo and the content of this website belong to Appiloom and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website: no scraping it at scale, and no attempting to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or the services behind it.
Links to other sites
Where this website links to a third-party site, we are not responsible for its content, and linking to it does not mean we endorse it.
Liability
We exclude liability for this website to the fullest extent the law allows, except that nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Businesses and consumers
This website is aimed at businesses considering working with Appiloom. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
